[The Acolyte leaves a short missive, addressed to the Balestrieres of the Banda Rossa, but with a note on the cover "For the attentions of Gianluca and Kythaela." Nothing is stopping any other member of the Banda Rossa from opening it, however, should they desire to.]


Balestrieres,

You will recall that Apothar Estellise and Nadiri Cosine approached you within the Fortress and levied various demands and threats if the exiled Twindari, Osuin, were not removed from the Well and the Krak des Roses. I spoke extensively with Balestrieres Gianluca, Kythaela, and Isotta, and to you I address this letter primarily.

Estellise has offered to resolve the issue of Osuin's presence by doing a service to we of the Sibylline Vine regarding the licensure issue that we spoke of. I find this service satisfactory to the Cinquefoil, as it is of great aid and weight from we the Sisterhood's minds. It would be an aid to me personally as well.

My personal concerns with the presence of Twindari Osuin, who was exiled from the Well at large, remain as to his presence in the Krak des Roses. As I said, I think we should oust him as a show of good faith to the Accord even as we hold the Krak des Roses to be the Cinquefoil's sovereign territory.

Accordingly, I personally would ask the Banda Rossa to see to Osuin's ouster, but I do not do this without consideration that this would be a gracious service to me personally. I ask what I, of the Sisterhood, can do to offer my thanks to the Banda Rossa if you will make this so.

I do recall that discussion after they had left yesterday. And allow me to say that I am delighted the Apothar has promised you a resolution when it comes to the unneeded licensing for your divinations within the Krak des Roses.

I do recall part of our discussion last night related to what benefits the Banda Rossa would get to enjoy if we were to in fact oust them from the Krak des Roses,  citing the matter of precedent with foreign powers attempting to step on our toes and decide what we do with our Sovereign Territory.

We do not care for, or about the halflings, but we have endured a great insult by the Apothar. What did you negotiate for the benefit of your brothers and sisters of the Banda Rossa?
