Item to open a player-note instead of being able to read it instantly

Hi,

I thought about how I could deliver a threatening letter to my target player, by a courier, without the courier knowing the contents OOCly without having to ICly break the letter's seal.

Could you not create an item to "open" the playernote? Like you did with books in stores now.

That'd be very cool, if doable!

Being able to see if something has been unsealed, as well as using some shady skill to re-seal it, etc.

Always good for more intrigue.
