The Rosencrantz family is (was) an old, well-respected arcane bloodline of Silverymoon; while not nobles, in the sense of the word as some outside of Aglarond may see it, the House's generations-old tradition of magic (and service to the city of Silverymoon) is highly regarded in the Gem of the North. They were once well known for their benevolent financial support of many temples, a grand library with exquisitely preserved volumes and texts, and an extensive roster of family members who served in the Knights in Silver, Silverymoon's own Spellguard, and numerous other individuals that, through influence and monetary contributions, aided Alustriel Silverhand's reign.

Now, the last known Scion of the bloodline (my PC, Cordelia Rosencrantz, an abjurer) is beginning to recruit publicly to rebuild her family's respected name—and perhaps also, eventually, their wealth.

As of now, my recruiting effort is to enlist a roster of PCs that:

1.) enjoy a tight-knit, regular party roster;

2.) would like to play within the RP structure of a traditional "noble" House,
but with all the twists and turns that the EfU:R setting has to offer; and

3.) want to travel, adventure, and work together toward a set of common goals.

The "faction," if/when it evolves into something more than a semi-formal adventuring company, will be a politically neutral, Lawful-oriented, Good-leaning organization with strong support for the city of Sanctuary (particularly Upper) and its safety—a haven for those that support order and wish to contribute to good deeds, but do not wish to pledge themselves to the city's other organizations, for whatever reason.
