Duel Card Not Dropping

I don't know why, but when my halfling-fighter Argalie defeated Sir Montgomery the Mirror Knight, he gave neither prestige, exp or most importantly his duel card.

Worth investigating!

Sometimes the extra damage kick out at the end of the mirror knight's fighting set breaks, just catch a dm in game and we can port the npc over and finish the convo.
