Still Spell Feat not negating spell failure from limb loss.

My PC Victoria Wolf, a level 6 sorcerer, is having an issue with the Still Spell feat.

During character creation I took the optional impairment of a missing left forearm and then at level 6 took the Still Spell feat. However spells still suffer from spell failure both when cast regularly and when cast as still spells through the metamagic bullet. The spell failure has persisted through multiple resets and rests. Not wearing armor but have un-equiped clothing and tried casting and failures still happen, both with and without metamagic active. Character sheet shows 0% spell failure.
