Healing kit bug

This happened yesterday before heal changes.
I kept my healing kit in a bag.
It was working fine.
I added a herb to it (I think using the power from inside the bag rather than the quickslot)
The healing kit disappeared after getting its 50th charge.
This was a bit rubbish, as it's now the second time I lost a lightened kit.
I've not had this happen before when filling up a kit.
