Alchemy reagents not marked/un-usable

Hello,

I've recently been noticing that some alchemy reagents are no longer marked as such and not useable in alchemy anymore.(tested with them but they are treated as mundane item)

They include:
Fairy dust
Gargoyle skulls
Fire beetle bellies

Dropped from (among others):
Crosscurrents harpies
Explorable alchemy lab reagent chest.

It affects Alchemy Shipments too. Slaad Tongue is untagged. There's one sad shipment I got just now, and they aren't cheap.
