Make Ironguts protect against diseases too

Right now ironguts grants a bonus saving throw against poison, but I think diseases are a more common threat in this chapter. It would be nice if Ironguts gave a bonus vs disease in addition to the poison to allow people to buff themselves against it.

Poisons have more crippling effects that pound you in a shorter amount of time. Ironguts potions are to help you with that.

Diseases have incubation times and you see them coming. Plenty of ways to get rids of diseases too.

I also feel like it'd make a specific ring easier than intended if we made Ironguts potions protect against diseases too.

We dont really care for +1, +2 etc. votes. Suggestions are noted and opinions matter if they have something to add, otherwise voting won't really make any difference.

As it stands, I dont see much need for irongut to affect disease resistance. As mentioned, they are different sort things in concept and idea, and there are ways to deal with them. If you want to build resistance, consider building fortitude and feats for it. Even gear.
