Allow Stealth Climbing

Allow stealthy pcs to climb in stealth at a penalty to climbing if possible.

I suggested this before but I guess using the player tool automatically takes you out of stealth.

It's better that you cannot stealth and climb. This prevents people you can clearly see from just clicking stealth before climbing to vanish the second the hit the top. Plus it makes more sense that climbing would make /some sound/ be that nails driven into the rock or the clink clink of the grappling hook.

I like this because.. today I climbed a cliff and right there was a deep lizard that two hit me.. You'd think that you would see such a big lizard easy but nope the angles prevent it, this would solve that for a sneaky climber, apparantly this happens to others plenty too.. how do you miss seeing a huge lizard @.@
