Custom Armour Merchant

Something that has always bugged me, I'm unsure how difficult it is to alter, but I think it would be a considerable improvement to make available all the fullplate chest piece models and the addition of tabbards/loincloth robes to the armour tailor.  As it is usually in the 3500 region to purchase custom plate a little variety to create something that looks good and unique would be a nice change.

When you go to Tagnar and build a set of armor, you have the option of changing robes, which will add the loincloths and such.  As to the chestplates I don't know.
