If you're an elf who has been approached by Liruwen or specifically informed of this by Ceres the intended time of this event is 9 or 10 PM GMT on saturday/sunday. Sunday might be best. If someone could post one of those time/date calendars for it that would be killer because I am about to fall asleep right here on the keyboard. If it is a bad time on either of these days for someone there might be a little bit of wiggle room.
