Nbane - Ranger Perk - Animal Favored Enemy Bugged

My Ranger(Bart Honorlulled) took the feat Favored enemy(Animal):

This is what it is listed as supposedly having on the forum:

The part where it should generate a random trap each reset, works, in that it does generate a trap.  The trap however is not of average quality, it is a minor quality trap- there is also one other problem I've noticed, which is that the trap is always a Spike trap kit, I have waited out three resets and each one is a spike trap Note: It was just a strange coincidence the traps were spike traps, on the fourth reset, I recieved a frost trap kit instead of a spike trap.

I can collaborate that only minor quality traps are spawning

Removed that average quality remark. It's random, both in quality and which sort of traps you get.
