New spawn mechanics and crafting station review request

An observation from my side as a dedicated crafter is that crafting stations of the +20 bonus kind have become rare enough to nearly void crafting.
Alchemy used to be in a decent place but with the implementation of the new system the chance of a good station appearing has been drastically decreased.
Tinkering +20 and Herbalism +20 are as far as I can determine non existant as i havent seen them for months. (i dont know if the DC's justfiy these not existing/appearing as i've only reached peak alchemy)

If this was intended and moved to deeper rings/should be a stronghold investment i can understand this but would want confirmantion if this is the case.
If this is pure RNG i can also understand but it is very crippeling in its current state as a crafter needs to lug arround many reagents and searching through the rings is an investment/risk in itself.

(side note, one of the existing random alchemy labs only provides a +2 bonus i believe this is a typo and should be +20 as +2 makes little sense)
