First off, major thanks to the DM team for allowing me to play this character, to SFP and Shadowcharlatan for a lot of help working her out from an idea to what she was. My only regret was not having the time to play her properly.

Big cheer to House Nephezar to being fun to play with. If any of y'all are looking for a good time, I can recommend them whole heatedly.

Liliana de Oridel is a child of Sliver heritage. Born to peasants, and given to Justicars on her fifth nameday. Days of training and nights of scribing were her youth. Yet, she was untested. And so, she was dispatched to prove her worth - To combat the Darkness...

I am applying for the Aasimar Subrace.

Character Goals:

Seven are the Stars of Selune. Seven are the Tenets Selunite Faith. Three, she must abide by oath and destiny:  1: Aid the helpless and lost. 2: Abide no evil. 3: Suffer not ignorance.

Guiding Star - Liliana believes the Rings are a prison, and will lead an exodus of like-minded people from 99.

She will search the deepest rings, seeking to reach the center, and Challenge the King.
Liliana will search the depths of the seams for a way out.
She will challenge the monopoly of the Doorkeepers over Time - She will publically pronounce the days, and keep time.
She will speak out against the king, and seek allies to rally against his edict.
She will question the King's Banner, and the effects of his 'gifts'.
She will challenge the Peerage to be worthy of their name - Nobles, and shame those who are not. 
She will name her allies "Lunatics".


Purifying Star - Liliana believes it is her duty to fight creatures of Shadow.

Liliana views the act of 'stealth' as a Sharran activity. She will decry any known 'Shadows', and cast 'Light' upon them when able.
Liliana believes the King to be a manifestation of Shar, and will oppose his works, seeking to discover and reveal the many secrets of the Rings. 
She believes that the 'Grandfather' is another face for Shar, and will work to uncover and destroy his organization - the Knaves of 99.
Liliana will delve the rings searching for answers to her questions, and creatures of Shadow to slay.
Mandatory goal to kill Undead, Infernal / Diabolical creatures, etc.

Illuminating Star - Liliana believes it is her duty to record the Truth and oppose those who would conceal it.

She will record & publish the deeds of the people & History of the Rings.
She will publicly record, denounce & oppose cultists and followers of 'False' gods.
She will discover the fate of House Moonspear and if they were murdered or escaped the Rings.
She will record the deeds of 'Criminals' and 'Bandits' and champion the TRUTH.
She will, consistently to the point of irritance, espouse her doctrine to everyone nearby.

Celestial Child - Liliana believes she must prove herself, and her heritage.

Liliana will seek to join House Nephezar and restore honor to the Angelic wings.
She will seek to ally with the Arbiters, to enlist their aid in hunting down "Shadows".
She will argue that 'Sorcerous' mages should join House Nephezar, to protect them and strengthen their own blood. (Templars, Dragon Age)
She will persecute Wizards, believing magic to be a gateway to the lower planes.
She will seek to empower her own blood, through Rites of Passage, to become more celestial.
