Point Blank Shot feat does not work

Specifically, the bonus to attack and dammage when your target is less than 15 feets away. I didn't check the negation of the penalty to attack when in melee range.

This was working for me earlier today.  Are you checking the combat log?

You're probably not taking into account penalty for moving targets or something.

Obviously I was checking the combat log, else I would not know it didn't work ^^

I checked the combat log when shooting an ennemy, not less than 15 feet way, but probably 5 feet away, while it was not moving. The bonus is +1, the penalty for shooting at moving targets is -2, so I would know. I checked again shooting at an archery target, and still it didn't work. Unless the bonus doesn't apply to archery targets, but then again, even if I shoot at an ennemy much less than 15 feets away, it doesn't work. I will check again and take a screenshot.
