Puzzle Chamber V2

The newer puzzle chamber quest, involving the memory scenario seems to do nothing after the memorized sequence is input, and seems to just debuff and heal entirely upon entering the wrong one.

It's been in the module for quite a while, and first I'm hearing of it. Can anyone verify?
