The boxes have spawned in places that can blockade parts of the quest off completely for a few years now.
His workshop hammer is a martial weapon on a rogue only quest. While I know those aren't mutually exclusive, it might be nice to change this to a mace or handaxe that all rogues can utilize.

This could be said about the chain shirt, among other items. I sort of like, personally, you having to take feats to use different items. The look here is really, or can be, worth taking a feat.

Also yes, STILL entire areas can be blocked off keeping you from any way to eve attempt areas.  My last PC ran into this twice.
