Remove Astronomy, Add Geology

Astronomy is kind of strange in the setting. I think something like geology would be more applicable. The old system of astronomy could be utilized by peering through microscopes/telescopes in the study rock formations. Much like astronomy, geology has strong symbolic connections to time and the shape of things to come.

Concepts can still make use of it for flavor. adding geology is a cool idea though.
