Rogue Perk - Swashbuckler

I accidentally used the swashbuckling tool twice (once while it was already active), ever since then whenever I try to activate the swashbuckling ability it just says that you can't activate the ability as it's already active. I have rested, changed areas, re-logged and reset my perk but it hasn't resolved this,

The same thing happens to monk stances. I believe that you need to wait for a reset

Fixed with resting next reset. Monk Stances are also fixed by resting, if any similar problem occurs.
