Illithids are penguins?

The Society of the Ordered Mind's illithid statue looks like a penguin. The illithid boss in [spoilers] also looks like a penguin to me.

I had this exact same problem. You have downloaded an override that screws it up.

Go through your overrides again - I found the exact file several months ago and deleted it. Fixed! I can't recall how I narrowed it down to guess the right one. All I remember is that it had a very generic name, nothing like illithid.bmp, so it was actually pretty hard to figure out.

Issue on your end, yes. Incidentally, there's also a bug with a common voice override that makes it so some rats sound like demons. If players ever notice that rats are making demon sounds, it's also because of an override issue on their end.

I have the same problem. This puts a dent in my grandiose illithid application dreams. Once someone figures out which file causes the problem be sure to post. Until then I won't be able to play.
