Bring back blood bonds

One factor I loved about the Conclave was the blood bonds between warriors, and wizards. This allowed for some unique situations, and interesting role play. I think it would be cool if this system could be reinvented in some form or discoverable/doable IG.

I would love to see this happen in a revamped version of the Stewards, but I am aware that the faction is still being tinkered with.

If not that I think a bonding ritual offered by a cultist of Mystryl could possibly work.
