While H'bala's destruction lead to her re-capturing the effects she put out into the world still linger. In a complicated shell-game of rags to riches and Nobelese undertakings a secret has come to light.

With IC matters moving forward, The Rot Plot will be less of EFU's worse kept secret and more of a public presence moving forward. The Exile Collective has dabbled in a great number of things but around late April a new addition was added. A group of Withered that brokered a deal with the Knights of the New Path to see security given.

Necromancy on EFU has always been a mixed but very powerful bag. It has a lot of strong potential but also a single cleric can trounce tons of IG work in a single mouse click. It's got some fun potential but also something that can get your PC very, very FD'd very fast.

However it's also something that through a variety of IC efforts has been fermenting and proliferating around and is ripe for the picking. With Thomas' Shop destroyed as the go-to-hangout a number of PCs have come together in an effort to see more advancements made for the cause of Dark Arts in and around Sanctuary but also utilized beyond.

QuoteDISCLAIMER: THOUGH THE WITHERING ISN'T REQUIRED FOR THIS PLOT, IT IS AN OPTION FOR PCS WANTING TO INDULGE AND THE WITHERING KIND OF SUCKS AND CAN SEE YOUR PC FORCIBLY RETIRED. ALSO KILLED BY NPCS OR PCS ALIKE JUST FOR HAVING IT. THERE IS POWER TO BE HAD WITH IT THOUGH.

QuoteThere are means for both IC treatment and IC controlling it but the Withering in and of itself is something that is really, really difficult at times to deal with. If you fail to see treatment overtime your PC WILL be forcibly retired due to mechanics and you will have to re-apply to play them or accept that your PC is now a dead zombie thrall of H'bala.

Also this is quite literally playing with fire and grounds for most any PC to try and hunt or kill you. It's a big challenge but there's some cool stuff going on that could see you to some real fast infamy/etc.
