Deep Forge alchemical and herbal circles - No Visual FX

Hey,

Alchemy and herbal experimentation using the circles in the deep forges provides none of the flash and flair that using a portable table provides, none of the visual effects appear at all.

Relatively minor bug but its a small step toward keeping things interesting down there, especially when another player is watching you do 30+ crafts just to make one item and charge it up a little.
