Wildshape - Mental Stat Bonuses

Making this suggestion to complement the current wildshape bonuses. I think these could help players who enjoy druids that have well rounded mental attribute scores without it doing as much to cripple them for having done so. These scale up in proportion to the cost of the attribute.

11 charisma - +1 reflex, +1 vs disease, +1 vs poison , Animal Empathy checks always roll at least a 5
13 charisma - +1 reflex, +1 fortitude, Animal Empathy checks always rolls at least a 10
15 charisma - +2 reflex, +1 fortitude, Animal Empathy checks always rolls at least a 15
17 charisma - +3 reflex, +2 fortitude, Animal Empathy checks always rolls at least a 20

11 intelligence - +1 mind affecting, +4 when making tracking checks
13 intelligence - +1 will, +1 vs mind affecting, +2 vs fear, +8 when making tracking checks
15 intelligence - +2 will, +2 vs mind affecting, +4 vs fear, +10 when making tracking checks
17 intelligence - +3 will, +2 vs mind affecting, immunity: fear, Auto-Success when making tracking checks
