Allow shovel to dig up growing plants

Mostly self serving. Finding tons of growing rot fungus in the machine. It's completely invulnerable until it grows. Would be nice to be able to nip this stuff in the bud before it changes the spawn set of the area.

Not interested in such a feature. If you want to stop either problems mentioned, stop the source of them. Small grace period before you guys go and pluck the plants is totally fine to me.
