New Scripted Legal Punishment Option

Just had the off idea, sometimes the options for law enforcement can be a little lacking.

Maybe scripting a few additional options when time allows would be neat.

I only had one idea in mind but a "temporary exile from the benefits of Sanctuary you have so freely taken for granted"; which breaks down to....you are exiled for x amount of days and if you try to enter through the enthrallment screening systems a massive electrical charge will subdue you to the ground and send a warning klaxon/sending for law enforcement to come collect your fried body for attempting to violate exile.
