When attempting to talk to the NPC with the bounty Auxiliary Jacob Dobbins, he just says "Good dark. If you wish to look around this level of the Forge you may do so, but kindly do not interfere in the labors of our workers." nothing else.

To clarify. No text dialogue box opens up with options to trade in animatron parts or cancel the conversation. He just says it when you click him.

This has been the case for two resets.

Possibly too high a level, many gathering style quests have a level cap.

Or you have found parts that are not a part of that gathering quest.

If there is a level cap I may have beaten it because I do have acceptable parts. I've traded them in before. I'll test it by asking a lower level to trade them in, if they can.
