Scrying and Arcane Eye

Are these spells still functional? I have heard on IRC that they are both bugged.

They are two of the diviner's best spells, kinda gimps being a diviner not being able to use them.

One is functional, but may cause issues under unknown circumstances, the other is removed.

Scrying as far as I know is entirely inaccessible as things are in the module right now. Maybe I'm wrong. I wouldn't bother taking it.
