Faction Bug

[Witness1]

I'm having a faction issue that is preventing me from joining the watchers.  I've received my recruitment papers and need to turn them into the npc.  He keeps informing me that I need to relinquish ties to other organisations.  My character was previously part of the Auxiliary.  Caster tried to remove my faction setting, but it still is not working.  I also tried dropping any items that might be faction related but nothing yet.  My log-in is Witness1 and my character is William Galveson.
