Svirfneblin Ac Bonus

Svirfneblin don't seem to be receiving their racial +4 AC bonus currently. Not a huge deal. But could use a fix. Everything else seems to function fine except for them initially receiving 2 more con than they should (had this fixed manually on creation)

I know it used to be dodge AC, might be natural now or given by epic armor feat?  I know sometimes natural AC is given when you transition sometimes on some subraces.

In efu:m there was a Svirfneblin PC who wore boots with  +4 Dodge AC (amongst other stats) to circumvent scripting difficulties.

Correct, if your a Svirfneblin, hit up the DMs, they have item workarounds for it.
