Unable to Equip Skin or Use Player Tools

For some reason, when I make -any- pc I cannot use player tools.

I can report a similar effect if I attempt to create a new GSID to play under. For whatever reason, EFUSL doesn't register me. There was speculation that this had to do with the astonishing number of accounts and characters associated with my installation key, but I never received confirmation on that from the server's scripting team.

Symptoms include a lack of EFUSL data for both you and dungeon masters...

...not appearing on the public roster...

...a multitude of bugs related to logging in or out...

...the persistent absence of a skin item...

...weirdness in many EFU-specific variables, scripts, and functions...
