Fighter perk: Dual-Wielder, Ambidexterity lost, won't regrant

My PC is Aryoul Drahsaer, it is as the title says. Ambidexterity was randomly lost, and won't be regranted to me. I've done some testing with a DM, who can't figure out why or how.
I've done this to try and regain Ambidex:
Rest (In different areas, with different armor/weapons/naked)
Crafting Menu > Reset Perk Benefits (multiple times)
I've been through multiple server resets, so that isn't it either.
Relogging etc.

I have 13 dex, and used to have ambidex. All other fighterperk bonusses are granted to me: Level 5 damage immunity and the /c fighter_perk works correctly.

EDIT: IT'S FIXED FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER, SEVERAL RESETS LATER. THANKS TALA.

I'm gonna leave the topic here though, just so yall know the perk isnt 100% reliable, but I'm very happy it somehow got back to me.

Just made a testcharacter with 13 dex, fighter, same perk, he doesn't get ambidexterity either, so the perk is seemingly broken atm.
