Helmite in Barbican Shrine gives wrong dialogue?

The Helmite Watchknight in the Barbican Shrine has picked up a habit of chewing Red Smile and no longer sells blessings to travellers. In fact, I think his dialogue belongs to the former smith of the Watchers.

That Helmite /IS/ the former Watcher that was in the Defense Branch HQ.

Yeah. I admit, I sort of think this is a downgrade. I liked the guy that gave blessings better than the Red Smile addict.

The Watchknight used to be stationed in the Defensive branch of the watchhouse. He moved upon the completion of the shrine at the barbican where he now resides. His dialogue at this time is incorrectly now that of the Watcher faction store/equipment supplier. He no longer has his own unique dialogue, nor the options to provide blessings.
