Minor suggestion: Change it to be more versatile in the hands of focused evokers.

SF Evocation: Duration increased to 2 rounds/level, can have up to 2 out
GSF Evocation: Duration increased 3 rounds/level, can have up to 3 out
Specialization adds an additional 2 rounds/level (up to max of 5 per level, or 1 minute/level extended) and allows the evoker to have yet another 2 out (to a max of 5).

It would be another minor boost to evokers, giving them much needed room to actually cast their spells when they don't have other players present to hold the enemy back.

Though at the same time, it may be undesirable. They already have many potent disables inside and outside their school that they don't lose through Specialization in evocation (the most powerful of which being Cloud of Bewilderment, in my opinion). Thought I'd throw the idea out there.

Alternatively:
SF Evocation: Summons a shortsword
GSF Evocation: Summons a longsword
Specialization: Summons a pair of shortswords (dual wielding NPC), duration increased to 2 rounds/level

Why not make it that when the spell is targeted at a weapon in the inventory, that is the weapon to be summoned? Enchantments on the weapon included.
