Counterspell

Counter spell is never used. Is it possible for it to be enhanced for abjuration specialist?

Say, people who specialize in the school of abjuration (So only wizards), if they have SF abjuration and GSF abjuration there dispels will be able to counter spells +1 (sf) or +2 (gsf) spell circles higher. So a dispel could counter a circle 5 spell if you had GSF abjuration and abjuration specialization.

Only making it wizard only would prevent it being too OP for sorcerers who have way too many spell slots. And just makes more sense that a wizard who studies magic should be able to benefit.
