I usually don't like taking part in forums but i feel the need to make this post.

I've played NwN 1 for sometime before i quit for good (or so i thought :p) at some point i wanted to return and i started looking for a server. After RPing for a while after i started i decided that i don't like high level servers. Too much commitment in one character, 6 months of grinding to start RP? Bleh.

First thing i did is try and get into my old servers (i won't say which) but they changed quite a bit, they didn't hold my interest even though i felt really nostalgic ^^
I was about to give up and move on from NwN 1 again until i found EFU!

I was mind blown reading the forum about the Sorcerer perks in particular and i quickly decided to download the haks and play.
From the first login as i started RPing i felt really at home and i was again mind blown with the high quality of RP from the other players.

Also everyone i asked, with no exceptions were polite to me and answered every question.
I took part in a pvp unaware of what was going on in my first day and i didn't know what was going on due to not knowning the factions involved, i laughed a little but at least they didn't kill me :p

So far the DMs are as well kind and helpful and i see them pushing forward plots.

My only minor grievance is that i don't really like dying from random monsters and losing alot but i started to come in terms with it, even though i still rage a little and give up on some characters sometime...hehe, none is perfect <.<

Particularly, Wen Xiao, my first character i killed off because i died at lvl 7 when i worked my way anticipating the animate dead spell so badly, then i died and went 2 levels down and i was really dissapointed :p

Special thanks to CluelessNoob for helping me really much in my first days as well as KreShar for involving me in his necro plots, The awesome Necrofiend and Beldinos!!!
And some other people of course but you change your logins too much :p

I'll echo a great helpful spirit of the vets here toward new players, CluelessNoob being one of them for me as well. I'm glad you didn't give up on NWN! EFU is definitely a server that brings people back to NWN, myself included.
