Changes to Craft Wand / Brew Potion

Hello all.

Some changes were made to the Craft Wand / Brew Potion mechanics. From now on, the prices to craft and brew are randomized (to a degree), so expect to see different amounts of gold each time you do it. Hopefully PC merchants who brew and craft will make the most of this new change.

Starting next reset the Elixir and Wand, which are used to see the prices of what you're trying to make, will specify what is the maximum amount of gold needed to brew or craft the spell.

Also starting from next reset, potions and wand crafting will cost less XP for higher level PCs.
