Carrying body in fugue

It has twice now happened that I have been killed while carrying the body of a dead character and ended up in the Fugue with the body still in my inventory. Dropping the body resulted in it lying on the ground in the Fugue. DM Big Orc Man was able to pick it up and return it to the area I died in.

Happened to me again. The dead character was with me in the fugue. She tried to respawn before I could stop her which resulted in her respawning from the body I was carrying -- IN the fugue. Less than optimal. I believe a DM fixed her problem at the time but am not aware of anything being done about the bug.
