Gore Reaver vamp regen does not work with creature weapons

The vamp regen does not work with creature weapons and probably not normal unarmed attacks. Rather significant bug/engine quirk considering the rage is rather weak already after the charisma nerf to rage making the regen benefit of Gore Reaver much harder to make use of.

If it can't be fixed it would probably at least be a good idea to put a note on the barbarian perk so someone else doesn't make the mistake of picking this particular perk with the intention of using it with creature/unarmed attacks.
