Auxiliary in the Machine

A big part of the Auxiliary is their work in and around the machine but aside from a few instances there's no real auxiliary presence. I think it'd be cool to add some NPCs that would be fighting the animatrons/chosen/etc but also the potential for some roughhousing similar to the Scavengers and Lone Travelers of the In Between.

Please, please do this.  I cannot stress my love for roaming NPCs enough.  Perhaps they could be mugged for baublium by aspiring lower ruffians.
