Houndmaster Bug after recent Reset

After the most recent reset I am unable to summon my Hound. When I use the command nothing happens, and when I try using it a second time I am being told the perk's benefit was already used today.

Fixed for next reset. Sorry about that. It will mean the dog is susceptible to the arcane trickster's spellthief ability, not sure how to work around it right now.
