/c hostile functionality

I think it would great if he hostile commands utilized the same functionality as the "/c setally " commands in such a way that partial names work on setting an ally, but in order to set something hostile it must be -exact-. This creates some issues and is notably difficult with certain names and effectively impossible with any name that has odd spacing or special characters.
