Dissipating potions and throwables

Since we are stuck with these things I wish to advice a much needed improvement regarding them. I've only ever seen two variants of dissipating potions, strength and healing.

My suggestion is expanding this to include every other potion. I want to see dissipating blur, haste, etc.  Not only then would I enjoy myself more on quests, but actually be able to try some seemingly super difficult quests at a lower level. It would also create much more conflict through pvp, and at this point I don't even care if its conflict for the sake of conflict.

I've found everything at low levels to be unbearable, until level 7-8.

While on the subject of low levels I do not see why there can't be more throwables to be found on quests? Portal quest for instance is a bandit hove, yet drops maybe 2 choking powders if you're lucky. Again I don't see why and what would be so damaging to add more of these at low level.

Thank you

I've seen dissipating blurs and displacements and sludge drinks before, but only very rarely. They could be a bit more common (replacing junk loot maybe and not the real deal) in quests though, especially low level ones.

I wouldn't be adverse to them being the only potions that dropped on quests tbh if they were powerful enough, and in tandum with loot ie armours etc from quests as well and gold of course

Why is everything "unbearable" at low levels?

This is a sincere question.

I may be the only one, but I find I can never do anything.

I can't go explore seeking great challenges, because I'll die near instantly due to lack of supplies. You can't try any of the more exciting quests with your low level friends because without the levels, ab and hp you need supplies to have any chance of success.

I also cannot pvp anything or anyone. Of course I'm being extreme here but if I make any sort of gimp build it becomes impossible to wreck any sort of havoc.

As it stands is clearly obvious you can just ignore new characters, as they will pose no threat to you. If we had the supplies in efum and I taunted some bandits of Old stones and waited, no matter the level thugs could have likely come attacked me.

Instead we have the awkward situation of cultists and blood hunters just having to sit there if I challenge them because of the massive gap created from the zero supply low level quests and the gold and potential supply high level quests.

There seems to be a dearth of supplies that aren't cure light wounds potions and salutory tonics in lower level quests, where-as in higher level content the loot is more plentiful and the coin reward you receive translates into more supply. I can't really say if that's the exact reason why, but I do agree that lower level content just "feels" more difficult, and can be a bit of a slog.  But then I don't necessarily think that's a bad thing either, call it a learning curve.

While I don't think every fresh half orc barbarian that finished his goblin fort quest should be able to steam roll over many months old, well established characters in the spirit of EFU:A's weekly champion of the streets. If the DM team does decide to add a variety of dissipating potions to lower end quests, I suggest they also add offensive, dissipating wands to match. So level four magicians don't have to feel entirely useless when facing a stone-skin slurping level 4 warrior.

I recently climbed up the ladder as it were from low level to a medium level and this ran counter to my experience, so I have an honest question. The low level quests did not seem to be sparse on healing. Plenty of cure light/moderate potions. Not vast numbers, but a decent number of cure light/medium items. Cure minor wound potions and items are abundant. If you are not seeing healing on quests and this is a serious question, is it possible that your party mates are all "skimming"?

I did not see a lot of items at lower levels for "masterful PVP", but a reasonable amount of healing seems to be available.

Dissipating haste and displacement and other such high scale potions do also exist on certain low level quests with some frequency. It just depends on if you're doing the same standard quest circuit that everyone has comfortably mastered or going out to do more obscure quests. They're absolutely out there. Of course you have to keep quest grinding to have a chance to use them lest they poof unused.
