Packed Rogue Perk

Wasn't sure if this would be a bug or suggestion, so...

But would it be possible to change the +1 strength from the packed rogue perk to be added to your skin as it's done with subraces instead of added as a +1 enhancement to strength?

The +1 seems to disappear a lot and might not stack correctly with buffs.

There is already a method of re-applying the bonus via the crafting menu, should it somehow disappear. I believe it is more tedious to apply permanent stat boosts through perks, and may warrant even more bugs if you re-level, die, etc.
This was an issue with the Red Dragon Disciple PRC in certain servers, causing stats to freak out if you re-levelled. I've noticed no bugs with the +1 STR from Packed either.
