Issue has been tracked down and fixed. Replacing all door to waypoint transitions will be a lot of work so for now we'll only be replacing the more important ones, and slowly. I'll leave this thread open for suggestions of such.

These can be a bit dangerous, as accidentally going backwards through a transition could endanger you or your party... I try to make sure i'm using my mouse when i enter and exit from transitions, to forgo this.
