Wierd Tumble/Paralyzed Bug

Not sure if there is anything that can be done about this bug but-

Earlier I got hit with a hold person by lizardmen, and while held I kept trying and failing tumble checks while held, incurring AoO's for movement while held.

Rather unpleasant bug, if it's possible to fix that DM would most certainly deserve some manner of cookie tribute.

Sounds like a freak incident / bug. It's the first time I heard about it.

I've encountered it a few times before, once on another server (Arelith). It's not an EfU specific thing.
