Bring back Aberdenn Reforge Anvil

Currently we can't get faction favor due to lack of the anvil, I don't know if this was intentional.

I see, I did the dye table not the barrel I don't know why there's both if they do the same thing but one actually flags your armor for faction.

I will have to try it tonight.

I'd like to just confirm that dying items does not grant access to Aberdenn Favour points.

Edit - After the most recent reset, it seems to be working.

Bumping this up because it's still not fixed, Barrel dipping does not allow for Caermyn wage.
