New PrC- Vermin Master

Through adoration (or fear) you sought to become more like the insect, it's patterns, mind, and sheer talent for survival has stunned (Or horrified) you. In your quest to master the Beetle, or insect (or your own hatred of them) you have achieved the state of bugginess, in where you are capable of controlling, or becoming, the very thing you love(Or loathe.)

I am thinking bonuses similar to the Pale Master Class, AC bonuses, and a special Vermin Companion, and special, unique forms to wizards with Polymorph and druids with Wild SHape if they take this class.

Originally Yes Ninelives, but I can totally say that this PrC would be awesome on the surface as well.
