I believe this ought to spawn some sort of reward. It is impossible to overcome without the use of some consumables and that can be very, very draining to mid-level PCs that have very few of them.

I believe there should be a small recompense in the form of Purple Crystals and potions in a crate at the end, like it happens with some other invasions.

Invasions will sometimes be rewarding, and at other times will be exhausting. This is another element of randomness on EFU that ensures a certain level of chaos, uncertainty, and danger are a part of every adventure you undertake.
