Rogue - Scout perk

Animals are attacking just as they would normally, and only take levels into account as if the character were normal without the perk. All other things are working just fine.

Movement speed from perk does not stack with other sources (like Barbarian) and is removed upon the end of Bardsong's that provide such bonuses alltogether, thus granting no bonus until transition.

It is a pure rogue perk if im not mistaken.

I am pure rogue. The point is that it does not stack with other movement speed effects that you might acquire, like Barbarian / Ranger perks do, and it fades upon the loss of any other effect that you acquire such as certain bard songs.
